Do you require deposits?
Yes, a 40% deposit will reserve my services for your special day.
When is the balance due?
The entire balance is due 30 days prior to your event.
Where can I see more of your work?
There are two ways to see my work:
• By viewing images sent to you via email; or,
• By arranging for a personal appointment to browse through my portfolio.
How can I get an estimate?
Because every event is unique to the individual, the pricing schedule will be based on design elements, seasons and theme. Thus, there is no set price and the costs will be asjusted accordingly. Estimates will be based on choices made during consultations.
Will I be able to change my mind about the flowers or the dates and times?
Your event is a very special time for you. Every consideration is taken to ensure you are satisfied with my work. Of course, you may make changes! A 30-day notice prior to the big day would allow plenty of time to accommodate your wishes. Any changes would, however, incur additional charges.
Would I be able to use your services for other events?
I specialize in more than Weddings! All your event planning can include a floral touch such as rehearsal dinners, bridal showers, baby showers, corporate events, personal home decor, holidays and any special occasion where flowers speak so beautifully.
What do I need for our first meeting?
Please come prepared to discuss colors, theme, ideas (bring some pictures, magazine clippings, color swatches of fabrics if you have them). Also, we will review the budget you have in mind.
What happens after the meeting?
You will receive my proposal and a price quote within 14 days of our initial consultation. After you review the proposal, we will have a second meeting where we will clarify and fine tune the agreement.
Do you work out of a commercial flower shop?
I have a private studio and am able to give my clients a better value by controlling the costs, and it also enables me to provide a more personalized service.
